Merry Christmas 2023!

It’s my hope everyone receiving this will have a wonderful Christmas or have had a fantastic Christmas celebration. Currently, I have a friend in the hospital. This serves as a reminder that the holidays can be less than ideal for some people. Be kind and say a prayer or send good thoughts to those struggling to make it through this season.

Many of you know I love to sing with my Sweet Adelines chorus and my quartet, Quadraphonic. Being able to sing with your friends makes the magic of the Christmas season brighter. I hope you have experienced special music this holiday.

Thanks to all who helped make my book, Show Me Betrayal, a success. Because of your support, I have been offered and signed a contract for a fourth book in the Show Me Mysteries series. I am forever grateful for your enthusiasm about the mystery series set in Mexico, Missouri. It lets me enjoy Mexico and my happy memories there, even though I now live in Arkansas.

Book two of the series, Show Me Deceit, will be published in May of 2024 and features the Audrain County Historical Society home, Graceland, in both the contemporary story and the Civil War era story. Look for three local names in this upcoming book; Jim Dye, Callie Conway, and Barbara Burson. I’ll be having a book signing at Graceland in May. More information about this closer to the time.

For those who signed up for my newsletter back in September during A Walk Back in Time, I thank you. This allowed your names to go into a drawing for a chance to be a character in book three, Show Me Skullduggery, to be published in May of 2025.
